How I can help
As a professional life coach, I work with women who want to address: work/life/family balance, professional fulfillment and growth, launching a small business, finding a professional occupation that they love, finding peace and joy in everyday life, organization and productivity challenges, transitional stages of their lives, personal growth, and other issues that have them feeling unfulfilled or stuck in their personal or professional lives.
I only work with people who are serious about making changes in their life and only after an initial free intake session, where we see if we can be a good fit for each other. My coaching packages are custom-tailored to your needs but you can find the most common offers below.
Currently I work with clients around the world via video calls and offer in-person sessions in Culpeper VA.

3-months coaching package
Through our work, you will:
1. Gain clarity on where you are now and where exactly YOU want to be in different areas of your life
2. Get rid of limiting beliefs, fears and negative programming that have been holding you back from living the life you know is meant for you
3. Identify your true goals that will inspire YOU and help you build the life that you are yearning for
4. Create a step-by step action plan to move forward

Let's see if we can work together! We will talk about where you are in your life, what you want to improve and what is getting on the way. Then we will look for possible ways for your to get where you want to be. You will get clarity and a boost of confidence, as well as the next steps you can take to help you start moving.
Your investment for a 90-minute session:
$150 per session. All sessions are prepaid.
90-minute intensive session
If you have a defined goal/project you are ready to start working on, during our session we will analyze it and make a step-by-step plan to make it happen. We will work through your fears and possible obstacles, and you will feel more energized, inspired, confident and ready to crush your goal!

You need a thinking partner to help you bounce some ideas
You want to gain clarity on what is important to you right now and what you can work on

How to prepare for a session
Please remember that you have decided to invest in yourself, so please make sure to create a space where you can be alone, comfortable, be able to focus and have a productive session.
- Find a quite place where you won't be distracted or disturbed.
- Make sure you have a stable Internet connection.
- Make sure your device is fully charged and you have a charger handy.
- Prepare a pen, pencil and some paper.
- Get a glass of water.
- Have an open mind :)
